Who Shatrughna is

Shatrughna, twin brother of Lakshmana, was devoted to Bharata as Lakshmana was to Rama, and helped him govern Ayodhya during the exile. Later, at Rama's command, he went to the forest of Madhuvana and killed the demon Lavanasura, who terrorised the sages with a trident given by Shiva; he struck when the demon was away from his weapon. On that land Shatrughna founded the city of Mathura and ruled it for twelve years.

“I wait for the moment your weapon is out of reach.”
