Chitrasena
Who Chitrasena is
Chitrasena was a king of the gandharvas, the celestial musicians, and a friend of Arjuna, whom he taught music and dance in Indra's heaven. When Duryodhana came to the forest to gloat over the exiled Pandavas, Chitrasena's gandharvas defeated him and took him captive. At Yudhishthira's bidding the Pandavas rescued their cousin, and Chitrasena released him to Arjuna — a humiliation that deepened Duryodhana's hatred.
“Let us make music on this board. I hope you can keep time.”
