Angada
Who Angada is
Angada, son of Vali and Tara, was made crown prince of Kishkindha under Sugriva after his father's death. He led the southern search for Sita with Hanuman and Jambavan, and when the party despaired on the seashore they met Sampati and learned where Sita was held. Before the war Rama sent him as envoy to Ravana's court, where he delivered the message boldly and, when guards seized him, leapt free onto the palace roof. Later retellings, notably Tulsidas's Ramcharitmanas, add that no warrior in the court could lift his planted foot.
“I come as an envoy, but not a meek one. Here is my message: play your best.”
