Satrajit
Who Satrajit is
Satrajit, a Yadava noble devoted to the sun god Surya, received from him the Syamantaka jewel, which produced gold every day. He refused Krishna's request to give it to King Ugrasena for the good of all. His brother Prasena wore it hunting and was killed by a lion, and Satrajit accused Krishna of the theft. Krishna traced the jewel to Jambavan's cave and returned it; ashamed, Satrajit gave Krishna his daughter Satyabhama in marriage. He was later murdered for the jewel by Shatadhanva.
“This treasure is mine. Do not ask me to share it.”
