Who Shrutakirti is

Shrutakirti was the younger daughter of Kushadhvaja, brother of King Janaka, and the sister of Mandavi. She was married to Shatrughna, the youngest son of Dasharatha, at the wedding of the four princes in Mithila. While Rama was in exile and Bharata ruled from Nandigrama, Shatrughna kept the affairs of Ayodhya in order, and Shrutakirti stood beside him through those years.

“Everything in its place. That is how a kingdom is kept.”
