Subhadra
Who Subhadra is
Subhadra, sister of Krishna and Balarama, was seen by Arjuna at a festival on Mount Raivataka near Dvaraka. With Krishna’s counsel, Arjuna carried her away in his chariot, and the Vrishnis, at first angered, were reconciled to the marriage. She came to Indraprastha dressed simply as a cowherd woman to greet Draupadi, and she became the mother of Abhimanyu.
“The festival at Raivataka is in full swing. Shall we play while the music lasts?”
